Chakra Balancing is a technique, which uses a healing form to bring the seven chakras (energy centres spaced along the central axis of the body) into balance. Chakra balancing may focus on opening or closing a specific chakra (or body organ/system) or working on areas of the client’s life (mind, body, spirit), which may be affecting the optimum functioning of a chakra or the chakra system. A Chakra Balancing session may also include tasks to work on at home or guided mediation for daily use. While Chakra’s may be balanced in a session it is likely that you will require sessions at regular intervals to maintain balance while working through those issues in life, which put you out of kilter.
