Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a self-help mind / body orientated therapy that utilises positive self affirmations along with rhythmical tapping on the meridian network used in acupressure and acupuncture. While systematically tapping on a series of meridian points the practitioner of this daily process brings to mind any issues, symptoms, negative thinking and related memories. This daily process engenders self acceptance, helps to vocalise psychological life stresses and release physical issues from the body’s energy system. Thus allowing the mind / body to return to emotional and physical balance.
