Guided Meditation / Visualisation

Guided Meditation/Visualisation is ideally suited to clients who find it difficult to meditate on their own. It is not uncommon to want to meditate to achieve the much talked of benefits of calm, reduced stress and access to one’s inner voice BUT many find it impossible to get past the daily chatter which crops up the moment we sit down for a moment’s peace. Practitioners may use guided meditation/visualisation as a stand-alone activity or as a part of a broader healing process. You are welcome to request a session of Guided Meditation/Visualisation as a one off session or series. Your practitioner will work with you to develop meditations and visualisations for use at home in daily or regular practice.
