Mindfulness goes hand in hand with meditation. In being mindful we must ask of what are we mindful? We may be mindful that we are undertaking a period of meditation and when the mind wanders we return to our practice. We may have a moment of realisation during meditation of which we take into our daily life. Mindfulness is a holding of something in mind towards the change of a habit or practice and the development of a new way of being. When we are mindful of the desire to change we are more likely to act for change. Your Practitioner will work with you to develop strategies to turn moments of meditation into mindful daily action. Practitioners are happy to work with you on a one off or series basis.
