Corporate Coaching can benefit corporate clients requiring assistance to work through of specific concerns or issues in their organisation. The role of the corporate coach is to facilitate client’s finding solutions to workplace issues in areas such as development of business strategy and planning, corporate structure and organisation and personnel performance matters. Coaching is goal oriented and task-focussed. Tasks and completion times are set by the client for the client with the aim of achieving a set goal. Difficulties in achieving tasks are reviewed from a perspective of exploring limiting believes (corporate values or processes). Work is based on facilitation by the coach of one to one or group sessions towards a known corporate objective.
