Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a fantastic method for healing mind, body and soul using natural aromatic essential oils like Rose, Lavender, Orange, Juniper and Frankincense. An aromatherapy treatment is not only for healing individual problems, it is a whole body holistic, physical and psychological experience.

Using essential oils either as a massage blend, spray or tonic can help balance and restore our bodies needs. The work is subtle and for some clients, certain plants might ask to be used or the practitioner may sense that a particular personalised blend might be beneficial.  If it feels pertinent the practitioner will either advise that certain teas or scents are sourced or they may offer to create a personalised blend to take home.
